 ABOUT “TUCKER TRIO”

The Tucker Trio are 3 brothers of 8 children. Their father was a Pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. They grew filled with love and with a vision that have marked their lives “Sing to God with all their hearts.” With this vision engraved in their souls, they joined the mission of their father, accompanying him in his preaching.

While they were still children and before their father shared God’s word in Church, their mother made sure they practiced a song as a special or as a song for an altar call in duet, trio or quartet.

The Tucker Trio is made up of Ruperto who is the most serious, Harline who is the most sociable and jovial and Denia who is always aware of everything that happens to her siblings.

In 1993 the Tucker Trio recorded their first production which was on cassette, entitled: “La Mision.” This production was also recorded in English, “The Mission.” With this production they began a series of more than one hundred concerts throughout Costa Rica, and Internationally. They have had the privilege of visiting Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Belize, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands. In 1995, God also opened the doors for them to participate in the World Session of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Utrecht Netherlands, that, was a wonderful experience.

More than 30 years have gone by since they began their singing ministry. They have always been remembered by songs of their own production and even though they do not sing with the same intensity as before, there is one thing that will always drive them with joy, “To Worship Our Savior.”
